[PT] Em maio de 2021 a cidade de Venâncio Aires, no interior do Rio Grande do Sul, completou 130 anos. Para comemorar essa data especial, o Olá Jornal me convidou para ilustrar a capa dessa edição com um desenho que remetesse aos pontos principais dessa história. Com isso, eles relembraram alguns pontos importantes que pudessem ajudar na criação: Venancito (mascote da Fenachim, festa nacional do chimarrão), erva matte, grande polo industrial, as diferentes culturas que construíram a cidade, a figueira centenária e a Igreja São Sebastião Mártir.

[EN] In May 2021, Venâncio Aires citty, in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, celebrated its 130th anniversary. To celebrate this special date, Olá Jornal invited me to illustrate the cover of this edition with a drawing that referred to the main points of this story. With that, they recalled some important points that could help in the creation: Venancito (Fenachim mascot, national chimarrão festival), matte herb, great industrial pole, the different cultures that built the city, the centennial fig tree and the São Sebastião Mártir Church.
