This is a fake ad for LEGO making the comparison that their Minifigures can pose like action figures can. As well as this, they are usually cheaper (just for the minifgure) than an action figure is. This image also had the lighting tweak to look better than it was (or an attempt to). Below are the layers I used and what the lighting was originally.
