Brief
Point Delivery, a local delivery company with a stellar track record of on-time deliveries and exceptional customer service, is embarking on a brand redesign journey. The company is seeking a new logo to elevate its brand presence on a national scale and facilitate potential partnerships with major retail establishments. The goal is to create a sharp, recognisable, and corporate-friendly logo that reflects professionalism and reliability. Deadline is 1 day.
Solution
In order to convey professionalism and trust I decided to use modern grotesk font in the logo. Italic mode was chosen to point on the movement while delivering goods. The speed is also shown by the removal of parts of the first letters of the brand name. Its presupposed that when an object is moving, its contours are being blurred and sometimes invisible. While designing the brand pattern I used the bends of the letters themselves which also remind of moving vehicles (lorries, barges, trucks etc). The succession of pattern elements means permanent movement and incessant delivery.
