THE LUMOS LIBRARY

Finding inspiration in the form of the comb jellyfish. Taking from its physical features, the library's design features curves and frosted glass.  The design shape is divided into two portions. One is taking from the mechanism or the process that the jellyfish takes to help its body to move in the sea from pushing the water vortex to when it is body squeezes. The second portion is from Swimming Jellyfish Hydrodynamics. The path Jellyfish draws in the deep oceans and moves in a spiral. The design starts with two circles (a radius of 18 m) which have an area of (1,017.36 m^2) and a total area of (2,034.72 m^2). The building ideally has 6 levels and a height of 20 m. The idea that knowledge is akin to an inner glow using the Bioluminescent Library concept. This inner illumination represents the enlightenment that comes from delving into the world of literature and ideas Which has no end.
